Defense supply chain documentation

Provenance evidence matched to the rule that actually applies.

KlearRoute organizes origin declarations, inspection references, ownership evidence and document integrity into an audit-ready Decision Receipt. It supports procurement review; it does not issue a legal compliance determination.

Request a provenance review
Important scope correction. Current 10 U.S.C. §4872 and DFARS 225.7018 cover specified magnets, tantalum and tungsten materials; §4872 does not itself list antimony. Antimony requirements must be tied to the solicitation, contract clause, end-item rules and other applicable authorities. KlearRoute will not label a lot “NDAA compliant” from origin alone.

What the record can include

Evidence, limits and a permanent trail.

Provenance file

Declared supply channel, relevant processing steps, supporting certificates and unresolved gaps.

Inspection reference

Third-party assay or scoped field evidence, with affiliation disclosed when OGP is involved.

Decision Receipt

Scope, findings, limitations, issue time, integrity hash and a public verification URL.

Process

Submit. Review. Prove.

1. Submit the clause and lot

Send the solicitation or contract language with the lot documents. The legal requirement cannot be inferred from commodity name alone.

2. Resolve evidence gaps

KlearRoute identifies missing origin, ownership, assay, document or field evidence and states what would close each gap.

3. Receive the record

The resulting receipt states what was reviewed, what was not verified and the rule set supplied for the review.
