KlearRoute collects the information you send us so we can review suppliers, documents, transactions, and trade corridors. That may include company names, contact details, uploaded or forwarded files, and operational notes needed to produce a Decision Receipt.

We use this information to provide the service, respond to requests, improve verification workflows, maintain security, and preserve records you ask us to create. We do not sell personal information.
